A good place to get a fairly accurate point count (but not really rule abidding) is www.thegreatuncleanone.com.
All members that wish to play in either a campaign or a tournament MUST turn in a list to be published online for opponents to see. Since lists cannot be changed without atleast two council-members' support, it won't matter if your enemies see them. Plus, the lists could intimidate your opponents. Also include details about weapons and magic items. Even if it is a great weapon explain it. IE., Great Weapon- +2 Strength and Strikes Last.
